Principles for forming the complex of factors influencing the technic and economic indicators of projects of industrial enterprises reconstruction

Abstract


Raising of problem. The rapid growth of cities and settlements during the last century made it necessary, in the implementation of urban development, to adhere to the principles of ensuring security and favorable living conditions, limiting the negative impact of economic activities on the environment, ensuring the protection and rational use of natural resources, and therefore, sustainable development urban areas should be based on the restructuring of industry in industrialized cities, for this it is necessary to develop a set of measures for the reconstruction of industrial areas of cities that would contribute to improving the state of the environment. Purpose of the aricle. The formulation of the principles for the formation of factors complex that have a determining effect on the technical and economic indicators of projects for the reconstruction of industrial enterprises with a change in their functional purpose, taking into account the requirements of environmental safety. Conclusion. Further formalization of the determining factors on the basis of the proposed principles will make it possible to apply them to assess the quantitative effect on the duration and cost of reconstruction of industrial enterprises with a change in their functional purpose, taking into account the requirements of environmental safety and forecasting the best values of technical and economic indicators of projects.
